Professor Yokofujita was born and raised in Hiroshima, Japan. He now teaches and researches constitutional law at Hiroshima University; he also has a disability resulting from poliomyelitis. His talk will compare the U.S. and Japanese constitutions with particular focus on the rights of the disabled and other vulnerable populations.
