In this program you’ll learn about the wide variety of flavors found in sake (Japanese rice wine)―from bright and fruity to aromatic and elegant. The event, presented in partnership with Jujube Restaurant of Chapel Hill and their expert sake sommeliers, will feature a selection of three sakes, each handcrafted by deeply committed artisan producers and paired with a delicious appetizer.
Offered in conjunction with the Ackland Art Museum’s “Season of Japan.”
